1 General Terms & Definitions

In this document, "wj22", "platform", "we", or "service provider" refers to the website https://wj22.bar and all its associated services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

wj22 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested when necessary. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The user is required to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing login information with any third party is strictly prohibited.

If an unauthorized person accesses your account or you notice any suspicious activity, you must contact the support team immediately.

The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account. wj22 accepts no liability after authorized transactions have been processed.

4 Deposit Policy

Funds can currently be deposited at wj22 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• The correct reference number must be provided when making a deposit.
• wj22 is not responsible for any transaction that fails due to incorrect information being provided.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account quickly; if there is a delay, please contact the support team.
• wj22 does not charge any additional fee on deposit transactions, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be followed for withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time is generally between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed through the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Any portion of funds subject to bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met will not be withdrawable.
• wj22 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at wj22, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 wagered, after which bonus winnings become withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms — the applicable terms are disclosed alongside each offer.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• wj22 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
• Cash deposit funds and bonus funds are tracked separately; only cash funds are withdrawable before wagering requirements are met.

6.4 VIP Program

The wj22 VIP program has three tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver members receive up to 0.8%; and Gold members enjoy up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Progression to higher tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

wj22 offers various entertainment betting services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.

• Betting activities must be conducted consciously and responsibly.
• If a game result is affected by a technical error, wj22 reserves the right to void or adjust that bet.
• In sports betting, market rules may vary depending on the event.
• In-play bets cannot be cancelled once they have been finalized.
• RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term statistical indicator of the expected return for each game; it does not guarantee any specific winnings.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at wj22. Violating these terms may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account under someone else's identity.
• Bonus abuse or completing wagering requirements through artificial means.
• Match fixing, collusion, or any form of dishonest play.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, intimidating, or defrauding other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

wj22 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or evidence of fraud.
• Account closure at the user's own request.

Any legitimate balance will generally be returned after formal verification, unless grounds for forfeiture apply.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
